Nevada State Flower: Sagebrush

Scientific Name: Artemisia tridentata

State Flower Description: Sagebrush is an aromatic, woody shrub, or small tree, the flowers are seen at the end of the stems of the bush. The flowers of the sagebrush are yellow, Monoecious, and tubular.

Where It's Found: Sagebrush is found from California north to Canada, east to Nebraska and south to Mexico. Sagebrush flowers from late summer into the early parts of fall.
