Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors

The Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors goal is to protect the public, health, and property of persons in the State of Alabama, and to provide licensing and regulation related to the practices of engineering and land surveying.

The Board comprised of seven members, appointed by the Governor sets minimum qualifications for entry into the professions of engineering and land surveying, by setting rules defining and delineating unlawful or unethical conduct, and providing discipline for those individuals or entities who violate the applicable laws or rules as it relates to engineering and land surveying.
