The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is the largest State agency in California with approximately 66,000 employees. The Goal of the CA CDCR is to provide public safety through safe and secure incarceration of adult and juvenile offenders, effective parole supervision, and rehabilitative strategies to successfully reintegrate offenders into our communities.
