The Secretary of State of Colorado is a state level agency responsible for a wide range of state related items including: Administrative Rules of State Agencies, Bingo and Raffles Licensing, Businesses, Trademarks, Trade Names, Campaign Finance, Charities and Fundraisers, Elections & Voting, Lobbyists, Notary Publics, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

The Secretary of State of Colorado which heads the Colorado Department of State is comprised of several divisions including: Business Division, Licensing Division, Elections Division, Administration Division, & the IT Division.
