The Colorado Unemployment Services division provides financial assistance and employment services to jobless workers in the state of Colorado.

To be eligible to receive unemployment benefits in the state of Colorado:

  • You must be unemployed through no fault of your own and must be able to work
  • Be available for work
  • Be willing to seek and accept suitable work.

How to Apply for Unemployment in Colorado:

Colorado law requires all persons 18 years and older to provide proof that they are lawfully present in the United States before receiving unemployment benefits you will need a proof of ID such as a drivers license, military card, etc..
