Iowa OASIS is the state of Iowa's application for the Department of Human Services which will allow you to apply for a wide range of benefits in Iowa.  You can apply for DHS programs via OASIS in about 10-25 minutes. The time it take to complete the application process will depend on the programs you select and the number of people there are in your household.
