Minnesota Secretary of State

The Minnesota Secretary of State is responsible for overseeing state wide elections in the State. Often and most likely the Secretary of State also is responsible for registering business entities, and granting them the right to do business within the state, registering secured transactions, and granting access to public documents.

The Secretary of the State websites generally provide information to searchable election and business databases, and publishes information on how to establish a business in the state.
