The Child Support Division of the OAG of Texas helps parents / guardians get child support and medical support for dependent children. The Child Support division of the OAG can help you with assistance for the following reasons:

You don\'t have a court order to establish child support payments, and you want one.
You have a registry only case with the Attorney General, but you want other services, such as enforcement and or modification, that would change your case into a full service case.

To receive child support services, you will need to complete an application with the Child Support division of the OAG. The application can be completed online or you can request an application be mailed or e-mailed to you.
